About Zentrale für Produktivität und Technologie (ZPT) Saar e.V.
The ZPT is a non-profit organisation, involved in assisting companies, especially small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the Saarland by offering information, advanced training and consulting services. In addition it mediates cooperation projects, thus helping the companies concerned to improve their competitive position and to develop and to market new products and processes.
The board of the ZPT consists of the government of the Saarland, the Chambers and Associations of Industry and Trade, the Council for Rationalisation of the German Economy (RKW) as well as trade organisations and scientific institutions. The ZPT is headed by the Minister for Economic Affairs of the Saarland and directed by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Saarland (IHK).
